Two apps, two roles. The buyer app is for customers ordering groceries; the seller app is for Baqala owners racing to claim incoming orders. Both connect to the live API.
Baqala Buyer

Browse the unified catalog of 2,656 products across 97 categories — milk, bread, snacks, dairy, household essentials, baby care, and more — at admin master-catalog prices. No need to pick a store; just drop your address and we'll broadcast your order to every Baqala in your neighborhood. The first to claim delivers in ~20 minutes.
- Open the app and sign in with your mobile number — the OTP appears on screen (dev mode)
- Browse the catalog · tap a category from the bar to filter · use the search box for specific items
- Tap Add on items you want · use +/− to adjust quantity
- Tap the sticky cart bar at the bottom → review → enter address → Place order
- Watch the "Looking for a Baqala…" status — first nearby store to claim delivers
- When the rider arrives, hand them the 4-digit OTP shown on screen and pay cash
Baqala Seller

Run your Baqala from your phone. Get push notifications when a customer orders nearby — see their location, items, and AED total in real time. Tap Claim to grab the order; first store to tap wins. Manage your inventory, prepare and dispatch orders to your delivery boys, and track earnings — all from one app.
- You must have a registered Baqala account — the admin creates it with your phone number
- Sign in with that phone — OTP appears on screen (dev mode)
- The Available tab shows unclaimed orders near you — sorted by distance + age
- Tap Claim on any order to grab it · 1st to tap wins · others see "Too slow"
- Claimed order moves to My Orders — tap Start preparing, then Dispatch
- Stock the catalog from the Inventory tab · 1-tap bulk add 2,656 SKUs
- Track gross sales, commission and net earnings in Earnings
🔧 Installing on Android
- Open this page in Chrome on your Android phone.
- Tap the green Download button.
- Chrome will warn that this file type can harm your device — tap Download anyway (it's an APK, not malware).
- Open the downloaded file from your notifications or Downloads folder.
- Android will ask permission: Settings → Allow from this source for Chrome (or your file manager). Toggle on.
- Go back to the install screen → tap Install.
- Open the app and sign in. Since this is the dev build, the OTP code appears on screen — paste it back into the OTP field.
